Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates is seeking a contract Neuropsychologist to perform comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages, in partnership with families and care teams.

The role requires interpreting diverse test batteries, supervising psychometrists, and delivering clear reports and feedback. The position supports both in-person and virtual sessions, with flexible scheduling and strong emphasis on collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• One-year predoctoral internship with neuropsychology focus preferred.
• Two-year postdoctoral fellowship with neuropsychology preferred.
• Equivalent experience considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Licensed in CA or NY preferred.
• PSYPACT authorized or eligible preferred.
• Experience assessing virtually and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for clients of all ages, with families and collateral sources.
• Interpret a wide variety of neuropsychological test batteries, with direct test administration when needed.
• Serve as subject-matter expert in neuropsychological assessments.
• Supervise and oversee the work of the psychometrist to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports and client/family- and provider-specific summaries.
• Conduct clear feedback sessions explaining findings, diagnoses and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the care team to inform and coordinate treatment planning.
• Deliver care in-person or virtually as needed.
