Job Overview: In this role, you will lead the clinical development strategy and execution of a first-in-human (FIH) study for a novel immunotherapy, serving as a key clinical voice while shaping the program’s direction and operational success in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop clinical study plans aligned with the drug’s MoA and milestones.
  • Design adaptable Phase 1 trials with dose-escalation and expansion models.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure effective study execution.
  • Serve as Medical Monitor, overseeing safety and addressing AEs/SAEs.
  • Lead SRC meetings, integrating expert feedback for study decisions.
  • Author and review regulatory documents, including protocols and INDs.
  • Drive cross-functional planning, managing risks to meet clinical goals.
  • Represent the program in regulatory, site, and stakeholder discussions.

Primary Job Requirements:

  • MD required, preference for those with U.S. accreditation.
  • PhD beneficial but not essential.
  • Requires 5-6 years of experience leading Phase I–II immuno-oncology trials.
  • Deep immuno-oncology expertise, especially in biologics-based therapies.
  • Proven skill in developing actionable clinical strategies from preclinical data.
  • Demonstrated leadership in fostering cross-functional team collaboration.
