The Contract Manager, North America will support business growth by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial and federal government contracts while protecting Ingersoll Rand from legal, financial, operational, and compliance risk. This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Care, Finance, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver practical,timelyguidance, strengthen contract governance, and improve the end-to-end contracting process.
The successful candidate will combine sound judgment, customer focus, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset. The role will also serve as a key resource for U.S. federal contracting matters, including interpretation of applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency supplement requirements, management of required clauses and flow-downs, and support for audit-ready contract administration.
