Job summary

Job description

Do you have contracts and leadership experience? California Energy Commission is hiring a Contracts Manager in the Financial Management Branch of the Administrative & Financial Management Services Division. The state classification for this exciting leadership opportunity is Supervisor I.

Our Contracts Manager will be the supervisor for the Contracts Unit to oversee the professional staff who administer contract agreements. The Contracts Manager will also act as the subject matter expert for questions and issues related to non-IT services contracts, and act as an in-house consultant to determine the applicability of funding sources.

CEC is leading the state to a 100 percent clean energy future for all. As the state's primary energy policy and planning agency, the Energy Commission is committed to reducing energy costs and environmental impacts of energy use while ensuring a safe, resilient, and reliable supply of energy.
