Job summary

CompuRay Medical Staffing is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a contract assignment at an outpatient imaging center in St. Charles, IL. ARRT(M) certification and current ARRT registration are required, with Illinois licensure/authorization as needed.

Ideal candidates have mammography positioning and image-quality experience, plus MQSA/ACR/ARRT compliance. Strong communication and patient-care skills are essential in this friendly outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• ARRT(M) mammography certification required.
• Current ARRT registration.
• Illinois license/authorization as required.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• Meet MQSA, ACR and ARRT mammography requirements.
• Mammography positioning and image-quality experience.
• Screening and diagnostic mammography experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations.
• Provide accurate patient positioning and high-quality images.
• Follow established radiation-safety and quality-control procedures.
• Maintain documentation according to facility, ACR, MQSA, and ARRT standards.
• Provide a comfortable and professional experience for patients.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and the outpatient imaging team.
