Talent With Heart is seeking a Contract Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography in an outpatient Batavia center. You will ensure proper patient positioning, high-quality imaging, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a collaborative imaging team.

The role requires ARRT(M) certification, current ARRT registration, Illinois licensure/authorization as needed, and BLS/CPR. Experience with MQSA/ACR/ARRT guidelines and strong patient care is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• ARRT Mammography certification required.
• Current ARRT registration.
• Illinois license/authorization as required.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• Must meet MQSA, ACR, and ARRT mammography requirements.
• Mammography positioning and image-quality experience.
• Screening and diagnostic mammography experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations
• Provide accurate patient positioning and high-quality images
• Follow established radiation-safety and quality-control procedures
• Maintain documentation according to facility, ACR, MQSA, and ARRT standards
• Provide a comfortable and professional experience for patients
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and the outpatient imaging team
