Job summary

CompuRay Medical Staffing is hiring an ARRT(M) Mammography Technologist for a contract assignment in Illinois at an outpatient imaging center. The role focuses on high-quality breast imaging and excellent patient care in a friendly, professional setting.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT(M), current ARRT registration, and Illinois licensing as required, plus MQSA/ACR/ARRT-compliant standards and BLS/CPR. Strong positioning and patient-care skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• ARRT(M) certification is required for this contract Mammography Technologist role.
• Active ARRT registration must be current at all times.
• Illinois license or authorization may be required by the facility.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Must meet MQSA, ACR and ARRT mammography standards.
• Experience in mammography positioning and image quality is essential.
• Screening and diagnostic mammography experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations.
• Provide accurate patient positioning and high-quality images.
• Follow established radiation-safety and quality-control procedures.
• Maintain documentation per facility, ACR, MQSA and ARRT standards.
