Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of substantive experience in business contracts or legal support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of the contract lifecycle management process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Maintain and update the corporate contract management system database with precision.
• Record and summarize contract details in the database.
• Review key contract terms and escalate issues to the Director of Risk Management as needed.
• Track and manage contract deadlines using the system and coordinate with stakeholders.
