Job summary

Woopel in Las Vegas is seeking a Contract Instrument Technician to join our team on a short-term basis. You will maintain, troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and control systems in industrial environments.

The role requires hands-on experience, ability to read drawings and schematics, calibrate equipment, install and commission new instruments, and keep precise maintenance records. Accommodation may be provided and all nationalities are welcome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in instrumentation preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of industrial Instrument Technician experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with calibration procedures and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine instrumentation maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation issues.
• Calibrate instruments per manufacturer specs.
• Install, test and commission new instrumentation equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Monitor inventory and order parts as needed.
