Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Honolulu, HI seeks a Contract Information Management Analyst III to support contract data organization, abstraction, and upgrades across provider data systems and contract configurations. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while collaborating with contract managers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include data extraction, reconciliation, and analysis to drive process improvements, accurate provider directories, and timely information

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience working with provider data or in provider contracting or related experience.
• Two (2) years of experience in a role requiring high volume data entry.
• One (1) year of experience in data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree and min three (3) years of health care data analysis / relational database management / business process improvement / training delivery / clinical research or six (6) years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to data abstraction by identifying and capturing standard and nonstandard data elements from medical records.

• Supports data processing by performing routine and nonroutine uploads, reconciling discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed.
