Qualifications

• Active U.S. bar license required.
• 3–5 years immigration or courtroom experience required (USCIS/EOIR).
• Availability during standard court business hours required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as co-counsel on client matters, representing clients at Individual Calendar Hearings.
• Appear in person for scheduled immigration court hearings.
• Advocate professionally and communicate case developments accurately.
• Follow attorney preparation materials and firm instructions.
• Report hearing outcomes using established firm templates.
