Job summary

Haven Home Health & Hospice in Ozark, MO is seeking a Contract Hospice Physician to provide medical oversight for our compassionate care team on a flexible, every-other-week schedule. As part of the interdisciplinary team, you’ll guide comfort-focused care for patients nearing end of life, participate in biweekly meetings, and be available for consultation as needed without the demands of a full-time role.

MD or DO with hospice experience is required; geriatrics or oncology background is valued,

• Strong communicator and team collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight for hospice care team.

Haven Home Health & Hospice, a locally and clinician-owned agency, is seeking a Contract Hospice Physician to provide medical oversight and support for our compassionate care team.

This flexible position includes participation in interdisciplinary team meetings every other week , along with availability for consultation as needed. You’ll play a vital role in guiding comfort-focused care and ensuring quality for patients nearing the end of life—without the demands of a full-time schedule.
