Job summary

ProCare Therapy invites a School Psychologist to join our high school team for the 2026/2027 year. This full-time, onsite contract role in Caldwell, Idaho emphasizes supporting student success through comprehensive psychological services.

You will conduct assessments, provide counseling, help develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families while maintaining confidentiality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Current state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Experience with adolescent or high school populations preferred.
• Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments to determine student needs and eligibility for services
• Provide direct counseling and intervention for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective support strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and develop appropriate plans for students with special needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
• Engage actively in problem-solving consultations as a member of interdisciplinary teams
