Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years' PRC/CHS or IHS program experience.
• 3 years processing health/dental claims.
• 2 years knowledge of benefits & claims processing.
• 2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and manage benefits for eligible clients.
• Process health/dental claims and provide customer service to patients and providers.
• Issue and match Purchase Order numbers (PO) for PRC requests.
• Verify eligibility and ensure alternative resources are utilized.
• Engage with off-site providers for referrals and services.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and participate in staff meetings.
