Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in events or similar role.
• Intermediate level proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong ability to build relationships and provide exemplary customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Travel up to 15% of time.

Responsibilities

• Own event build and configuration in Cvent including website, registration, mobile app, housing/travel modules, and reporting.
• Evaluate configuration options and recommend solutions to meet event needs and attendee experience goals.
• Plan and coordinate event logistics including venue requirements, travel, attendee profiles, session design, run-of-show, and stakeholder communications.
• Make recommendations to leadership on format, sequence, and vendor selection.
• May manage vendor and supplier relationships including coordinating deliverables, negotiating timelines, monitoring service levels, and escalating issues to leadership when needed.
• Track associated event expenses and vendor invoices.
• Produce virtual, hybrid, and in-person event experiences including platform setup, speaker coordination, technology support, testing, and contingency planning.
• Analyze event data and attendee feedback to recommend improvements for future events and inform event strategy, design, and engagement.
