Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Energy Commerce, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in natural gas marketing, NGL marketing, midstream ops, or contract administration.
• Experience administering gathering, processing, transportation, dedication, and NGL agreements.
• Experience maintaining data within an ETRM, contract management, or settlement platform.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, acreage dedications, MVCs, and development obligations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for contract administration, reporting, and data management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer upstream gas and NGL contracts and related commercial agreements.
• Coordinate contract drafting, execution, amendments, notices, and compliance.
• Maintain contract summaries, critical dates, acreage dedications, volume commitments, and obligations.
• Serve as business administrator for the Marketing ETRM system.
• Maintain data integrity, generate reports, and support workflows in the ETRM platform.
• Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, Land, Regulatory, Operations, and counterparties.
• Track contractual obligations, notices, development commitments, and other provisions.
• Support acquisition, divestiture, and acreage trade due diligence.
• Identify and implement process improvements for contract administration and reporting.
