Job summary

Job Store Staffing is seeking experienced Data Entry Clerks for a large county government division in Denver, Colorado. The position offers a pay rate of $12 to $14 per hour, requiring Monday to Friday availability from 8am to 5pm.

Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of data entry experience and a keyboarding rate of at least 8000 KSPH. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is highly desired. A drug and criminal background screen is mandatory.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Data Entry Clerk experience.
• Ability to achieve and sustain an average keyboarding rate of at least 8000 KSPH.
• Ability to achieve and sustain a High Accuracy Rate on data entered or modified.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a database by manually entering new data and/or updating information.
• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
• Processes documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
• Enters data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information.
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
