Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Customs Auditor (Contract) to join our Customs & Trade Compliance Team. The role coordinates post-entry audits, broker oversight, and ensures import entries comply with CBP regulations and company procedures.

This temporary contract may be extended. The ideal candidate has 6 years warehousing/manufacturing experience, 3 years in import/export auditing, ITAR US person, and strong ERP/office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Six years experience in warehouse/distribution or manufacturing.
• Three years experience of import/export and auditing procedures.
• Must be a US Person under ITAR; knowledge of US Customs rules.
• Strong communication in English; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Audit 7501 customs entries and evaluate broker performance.
• Maintain compliance procedures and prepare status reports.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decisions.
• Audit PO, invoice, and entry summary for customs compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
