Job summary

Spring Health seeks qualified part-time psychotherapists licensed to practice in Guam to join our remote provider network. You will deliver care via a tech-enabled platform, maintain sessions, and document promptly while supporting a diverse client base.

We value independent clinicians with at least 3 years of experience, proficiency in English, and training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT. You’ll collaborate with care navigators and uphold our quality standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice counseling in Guam (psychologist, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, social worker, etc.).
• Minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• English proficiency to conduct clinical interviews in English.
• Tele-health readiness and access to computer or laptop.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term EAP to employer health plans with sessions as medically necessary.
• Treat adults identified via brief online screenings and open to other populations such as children or families.
• Maintain availability calendar and complete session documentation timely in our scheduling system.
• Use evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT).
• Collaborate with provider support teams and care navigators as needed.
• Provide culturally competent care honoring diversity and inclusion.

We are seeking qualified, part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network and deliver care with a tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform that puts patient outcomes first.

What You'll Do

• Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP, to employer health plans allowing as many sessions as medically necessary.
• Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
• Preferably, also be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
• Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our scheduling system.
• Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions that are tailored to your client’s needs.
• Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, our licensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative care support team whenever you need assistance.
• Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, and genders.

Who you are

• You are properly qualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling (as a: Psychologist, Psychotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, etc.) in Guam. We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiring clinical supervision.
• You maintain active professional liability insurance at market rates in your approved jurisdiction (country of licensure).
• English proficiency requirement: It is required that all global providers speak English at a conversational level and are able to complete a clinical interview and our onboarding process in English. It is not required that all global providers offer therapy sessions in English
• You have a minimum of 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• You have access to a computer or laptop, are comfortable with technology, and are tele-health competent.
• You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of care such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
• You are comfortable with providing safety planning and intervention during situations where a client might present with higher risks.
• You are committed to quality clinical care and want to expand your capabilities and increase your effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
• You like working independently, but would also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other providers and our master’s level clinical care navigators.
