Qualifications

• Must have an associate degree or a certificate from a community/technical college.
• Current state license as an OTA/COTA or in the licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and capabilities of patients and caregivers.
• Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning in treatment planning and progress.
