Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the process of licensure in CA to work in Rehabilitation. This contract position features a 5x8 days schedule and expects the provider to align with the organization’s vision, values and goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of COTA experience, rehabilitation background, and an active or in-progress CA license.
