Taylor Construction Management (TCM) seeks a seasoned contracts professional to serve as the core analytics role on our program. You will convert executed agreements into an actionable obligations register and administer it daily.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in contract administration, is precise with dense documents, and comfortable flagging non-conformances. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Review executed contracts, amendments, and exhibits to extract obligations.
• Track obligations in both directions and flag late deliveries.
• Identify deemed-approval provisions and monitor review clocks.
• Monitor submittals for due dates and escalate slippage early.
• Assess deliverables for conformance and document non-conformances.
• Maintain correspondence and acceptance records for each obligation.
• Draft notices and deficiency documentation for review and signature.
• Support development of contract-specific procedure sets.

Position summary

The core analytical role on the program. Reads the executed agreements and turns them into a working register of obligations — who owes what, to whom, triggered by what, judged against what criteria. Then administers that register day to day: tracking what is due, verifying what arrives, and flagging what is late or non-conforming.

This role suits someone who is precise, patient with dense documents, and comfortable telling a counterparty their submission does not meet the requirement.

Responsibilities

• – Review executed agreements, amendments, and exhibits and extract every obligation created
• – Capture obligations running in both directions, including those owed by the A&M System
• – Identify deemed-approval provisions and track the associated review clocks
• – Track submittals and reports against contractual due dates; escal slippage early
• – Review incoming deliverables for conformance and document non-conformance in writing
• – Maintain the correspondence, transmittal, and acceptance record for each obligation
• – Draft notices and deficiency documentation for review and signature
• – Support development of the contract-specific procedure sets

Required

• – 7+ years in contract administration, project controls, compliance, or project management
• – Demonstrated ability to work directly from contract language rather than from summaries
• – Rigorous document control discipline and comfort building structured registers
• – Strong written English; deficiency documentation must withstand scrutiny
• – Experience in a regulated or contractually demanding environment
• – Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience

Preferred

• – Experience with leases, easements, development agreements, or research agreements
• – Paralegal certification, contract management certification (CFCM, CPCM), or similar
• – Construction or capital program background
• – Regulatory submittal tracking experience
