Job summary

Horizon Care Solutions LLC in Middle Tennessee is seeking dependable, compassionate Independent Contractor Caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care in clients' homes. Duties include companionship, personal care, meal prep, transportation, and help with daily living activities.

Flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available across Middle Tennessee, with 4-, 8-, 12-hour and live-in opportunities depending on client needs. Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.
• CNA or caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
• Document care provided accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment.

Horizon Care Solutions is a locally owned, licensed Personal Support Services Agency serving families throughout Middle Tennessee. We provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care that helps seniors and adults maintain their independence while receiving the support they need in the comfort of their own homes.

We are looking for dependable, compassionate caregivers who take pride in providing exceptional care and treating every client with dignity and respect.

Position Overview

As an Independent Contractor Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in their homes. Assignments vary based on client needs and may include companionship, personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and assistance with activities of daily living.

We offer flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities throughout Middle Tennessee.
