Liberty Accounting is seeking a reliable Bookkeeper & Tax Preparer to join our Dearborn, MI-based team on a contract basis. This remote, part-time role offers flexible hours (~20–25 per week) with potential for more during tax season.

You will reconcile bank and credit card statements, prepare federal/state tax returns, and assist with payroll and filings while communicating professionally with clients. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience preparing individual and/or business tax returns.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with federal and state tax regulations.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Active PTIN required for paid tax return preparation.
