Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Hands-on quantitative bioanalysis experience.
- Experience developing, validating, and troubleshooting bioanalytical assays.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Agile mindset for quick prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Support development bioanalytical group with in-house sample analysis.
- Troubleshoot complex assays as needed.
- Oversee CRO bioanalytical activities for GLP/GCP compliance.
- Provide technical oversight during method development and validation.
- Review method and study reports and documentation.
- Participate in CRO evaluations and SOP reviews.
- Evaluate emerging analytics technologies to enhance capabilities.
- Maintain study information, timelines, and status in tracking tools.
- Support ongoing operational activities within Development Bioanalysis.
- Contribute to a culture of scientific excellence and collaboration.
