ScriptPro in Mission, KS is seeking a Contract Billing Specialist to manage the invoice process for a high volume of customer contracts. Our team works closely with government, hospitals, and retail accounts handling a wide range of financial activities from managing financial transactions, compliance, to overseeing billing and payments, and handling the day-to-day financial operations.
The Contract Billing Specialist will oversee the invoice process for various types of customer contacts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities include processing a high volume of invoices, interpreting purchase orders, and providing customer service. Additional tasks include creating invoices in Oracle, monitoring contract billing, updating internal documents, and collecting payments on past due invoices. Establishing positive relationships across departments and with customers is also essential.
Manager, Revenue Accounting
General business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST. This hybrid role requires four on-campus days per week, with Fridays designated as the remote‑eligible day after the training period. Generally, all positions may be fully performed on-campus in Mission, KS. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

This position includes responsibilities for ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and privacy policies to support the safeguarding sensitive data, including personally identifiable information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). Completion of annual cybersecurity and privacy awareness training is required, as the role aligns with the organization’s security posture and risk management practices. All duties are defined in accordance with standardizations to ensure consistency and accountability of the policies.
Requires routine use of standard equipment and extended computer use. Employee must be able to sit, use hands and fingers, and occasionally lift, squat, stoop, bend, and reach. Problem-solving, practical learning, and instruction interpretation skills are essential.
