Position Summary:

Omeda is seeking an experienced Contract & Billing Manager to oversee customer contract administration, pricing governance, billing operations, and revenue controls. This role ensures contract compliance, billing accuracy, and efficient quote-to-cash processes throughout the customer lifecycle.

The Contract & Billing Manager partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to maintain accurate commercial and financial data, support renewals and pricing changes, protect revenue integrity, and improve operational efficiency as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Prepare, review, and administer customer contracts, order forms, renewals, and amendments. Ensure agreements comply with approved pricing, standard terms, and company policies; escalation non-standard terms for approval; and maintain contract records, templates, and audit trails.
  • Pricing & Commercial Operations: Maintain pricing structures, product catalogs, and price books. Coordinate approved pricing and product updates across contracts, Salesforce, and billing systems, identifying inconsistencies and potential revenue leakage.
  • Salesforce & Revenue Operations: Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, contract, and pricing data in Salesforce. Ensure closed-won opportunities are complete for invoicing and implementation, conduct regular data audits, and support reporting on contracts, billing, renewals, and revenue operations.
  • Billing Operations: Establish and maintain billing schedules in accordance with executed agreements. Process renewals, upgrades, cancellations, amendments, and pricing changes; validate invoice accuracy; and resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Financial Controls & Process Improvement: Support month-end close, revenue recognition activities, and audit requests. Maintain documented procedures and internal controls, analyze contract and billing data, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve quote-to-cash efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration, billing operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or a related function.
  • Experience in a SaaS, subscription-based, or B2B business environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract management, recurring billing, pricing governance, and quote-to-cash processes.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience, including opportunities, products, pricing, and contract administration.
  • Experience with recurring billing platforms, ERP systems, or financial systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, reporting, and data reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ or contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
  • Experience in pricing governance, commercial operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics, including ARR, MRR, renewals, retention, and churn.
  • Experience leading process improvement, workflow automation, or systems optimization initiatives.
Key Success Measures:
  • Accurate and timely contract processing and administration.
  • High invoice accuracy and compliance with contractual billing terms.
  • Strong Salesforce data integrity and alignment across commercial and financial systems.
  • Proactive management of renewals, contract changes, and pricing updates.
  • Reduced billing disputes, revenue leakage, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Consistent adherence to internal controls, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
Why you will love working with us:
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
  • Competitive salary + benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k and more
  • Paid time off to support work-life balance, including company holidays, vacation, personal and sick time
