Rodgers and Rodgers Consulting, LLC is seeking a Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) to join our team in the critical role of conducting Veterans Compensation and Pension Exams. Qualifications

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required.
• Active and unrestricted Virginia Audiology License.
• Current malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer and documentation skills.
• Previous experience with Veterans’ exams is a plus, but new graduates are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audiological examinations.
• Review medical histories and accurately document findings.
• Complete required reports associated with Veterans’ Compensation and Pension Exams.
• Collaborate effectively with management, support teams, and partner organizations.
