Responsibilities

• Review conveyance deeds and mortgage-related instruments for major lenders, including grant, warranty, and quitclaim deeds; lien releases; powers of attorney; subordinations; and assignments.
• Operate within a streamlined platform to complete reviews quickly and efficiently.
