Job summary

A boutique law firm is seeking a contract Associate Attorney with experience in both litigation and corporate transactional matters. The position is remote and part-time (approximately twenty hours per week), with compensation on an hourly basis and a 1099/contract to start.

Sophisticated growing boutique Law Firm is seeking a skilled associate attorney withexperience in both litigation and corporate transactional work.

The Opportunity:

This is a ground-floor position at a firm in active growth mode — an idealfit for an energetic, driven attorney ready to grow with an organization that is buildingsomething meaningful. The role is remote and part-time, approximately twenty hours perweek, offering flexibility without sacrificing substantive legal work across two practice areas.

Compensation:

$80.00 to $125.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Position is initially structured as a 1099 independent contractor.
