Job summary

Magnify is seeking a detail-oriented Membership & Contract Analyst to support membership administration, contract compliance, and pricing accuracy across GPOs and IHNs. You will partner with Sales, Pricing, Contract Management, and Finance to maintain data, analyze contracts, and improve processes while delivering strong internal and external support.

Ideal candidates have a 2–4+ year background in contract administration or pricing, experience with SAP, and strong Excel/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 2–4+ years of experience in contract administration, pricing, finance, commercial analytics, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare contracting, GPOs, IHNs, or medical distribution is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with advanced attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer membership records and group affiliation updates within SAP to ensure contract and pricing compliance.
• Analyze contract, pricing, and spend data to validate customer eligibility and recommend appropriate pricing tiers.
• Maintain accurate membership data that supports sales reporting, incentive programs, and GPO fee processing.
• Coordinate customer affiliation changes and migrations while meeting critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, Contract Management, Chargebacks, and Distribution to resolve membership and pricing discrepancies.
• Generate reports and dashboards that provide visibility into contract pricing effectiveness and customer activity.
• Support contract administration by assisting with migration analysis and preparing basic contract documentation.
• Perform membership audits, ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Serve as a resource for the membership team by assisting with workflow coordination, training, and best practices.

This role partners closely with Sales, Pricing, Contract Management, and Finance to maintain accurate customer data, analyze contract and pricing information, improve operational processes, and deliver exceptional internal and external customer support.
