Fujitec America is seeking a Contracts Attorney to review, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts for elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance projects. This role requires independent judgment and the ability to balance business interests.
You will serve as a liaison between Fujitec and contractors, resolve disputes, draft standard terms, explain contract terminology plainly, and manage COI requests and lien considerations. Some travel and passport renewal may be required.
To review, revise, and negotiate commercial contracts as well as provide conflict resolution services for both parties. This position exercises discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance.

Job duties are performed mainly within an established office environment under normal lighting and climate‑controlled tolerances. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Requires prompt, reliable, regular, and in‑person attendance at the office to oversee shared services functions and/or employees, normally achieved by working standard business hours. Certain positions will require a flexibility of working hours to meet the demands of the job and the direction of the manager.
