We are looking for you to join our team as a Contract Administrator based out of Charlottesville, Virginia. This position offers the 9/80 Schedule. Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability (MSTS) Division is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to become a member of the Naval and Oceanic Systems (NOS) Business Unit, Maritime and Systems & Integration (MS&I) Operating Unit. The position will report directly to the Manager of Contracts and will serve as the primary contact with our customer, managing a high-volume portfolio of proposals and contracts for spares and repair work.
The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple responsibilities and accomplishing them simultaneously, experience managing a high volume of time-sensitive projects, meeting deadlines and commitments, and ability to independently perform complex professional tasks.

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
