Job summary

NovaMart Procurement is seeking an experienced Contract Accountant to manage all financial aspects of our contracts and projects. This contract role offers a competitive per-week salary and the opportunity to work closely with project teams to ensure financial accuracy and successful project outcomes.

You will review contracts, prepare reports, monitor budgets, and support clients and vendors on billing and compliance. A strong accounting background and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a contract-based role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
