Job summary

Roesseljoy is seeking a Payroll Clerk on a temporary basis to support a backlog of payroll and retirement reconciliation work. The role offers training on retirement reconciliations and requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities include processing biweekly payroll for ~200 employees using ADP Workforce Now, assisting with retirement reconciliations, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll or related experience.
• ADP Workforce Now experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
