  • Provide expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and MRO storeroom processes, including spare parts optimization, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and critical spare identification.
  • Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to improve spare-parts availability, reduce obsolete inventory, and optimize MRO inventory investment.
  • Conduct maintenance assessments, GEMBA reviews, and process health checks to identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans with site leadership.
  • Build organizational capability through training, workshops, standardized work processes, documentation, coaching, and sharing best practices across manufacturing sites.
  • Monitor and analyze key maintenance and reliability KPIs, including PM compliance, schedule compliance, planned vs. reactive work, MTBF, MTTR, maintenance cost, equipment uptime, spare-parts availability, and inventory accuracy to identify improvement and cost-reduction opportunities.
What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology, or a related field, or 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, reliability engineering, maintenance systems, or maintenance leadership within a plant/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Reliability Engineering, Root Cause Analysis, Asset Care, RCM, and TPM/Operational Excellence methodologies.
