POM Wonderful is seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician to monitor operations, coach teams in Lean methods, and drive practical improvements across the site. You will support standard work, help implement KPI-driven actions, and contribute to 24/7 operation readiness.
Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in manufacturing or CI, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and data-tracking systems. Some regional travel and flexible hours may be required.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Continuous Improvement Technician supports plant improvement efforts through KPI tracking, daily management support, and hands-on problem solving. This role works with operations and maintenance teams to help implement practical improvements, sustain standard work, and support continuous improvement activities across the site.
Compensation - $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, operations support, production supervision, maintenance coordination, or related industrial environment required.
