Job summary

Mars in Temple, Texas seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead loss elimination for the MSE team. You will develop control strategies and coach operators on Centerline DMS execution, AM and FMOS, and root cause problem solving.

Qualified candidates have an engineering/technical background with TPM/AM exposure, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP. On-site role with growth in a global company.

Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree with manufacturing experience or TPM/AM exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to engage with Associates and coach teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily FMOS meetings and report performance data.
• Coach in AM/FMOS pillars and conduct Line Loss Analysis.
• Perform AM DMS Health Checks and address gaps.
• Develop control strategies to improve line efficiency.
• Lead root cause problem solving for line losses.
• Provide ongoing communication on losses and improvement activities.
• Train and develop associates and launch MSE/Process improvement teams.
