Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Continuous Improvement (Plant CI) Specialist in Jasper, IN. You will support kaizen events, time studies and process mapping to drive standard work and TPM improvements on the manufacturing floor.

You will interact with multi‑level management, audit kaizens and standard work, and help develop tools like SOS documents and LPA dashboards while embracing MasterBrand's 4 Basics for safe, quality, timely, and stylish cabinetry.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience supporting kaizen events, standard work, and TPM concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in prep work for breakthrough value stream kaizen events including baseline data collection, time observations and process mapping.
• Participate in and Facilitate Practical Problem-Solving Initiatives and Kaizen Event/Bursts/Go-gets following MasterBrand Way as needed.
• Manage Standard operations documents including creation and updating of SOS, standard work packets and TPMs among other documents.
• Audit Kaizens, Standard Processes, Standard Work, LPA, and DM Boards as directed.
• Interacts with multiple layers of management in identification and resolution of issues during standard operations creation and update.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
