Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in San Leandro, CA offers a 12-week Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Internship for students pursuing Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields. This hands-on summer program is fully paid and based at the Coca-Cola Production Center in San Leandro.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Perform and accomplish tasks, activities, and projects with guidance from Intern Manager.
• Meet and/or exceed project deliverables and deadlines.
• Develop technical expertise as needed for the functional area.
• Develop business acumen by seizing opportunities to learn.
• Apply academic knowledge and skills to the internship position professionally.
• Collaborate with team members and build relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the company.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Internship offers a hands-on, full-time opportunity for current students pursuing degrees in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. This 12-week paid internship will take place at our Coca-Cola Production Center in San Leandro, CA during Summer 2027. Interns will support our 'Operations Excellence' initiatives, managing projects aimed at enhancing the plant's operational performance through the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Interns gain valuable experience by working closely with leaders within the manufacturing plant and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing operations management after graduation.

Qualifications

Required Educationand Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree with 0 to 2 years of related work experience
