As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead our Global Nutrition & Health Supply Chain Transformation Roadmap. Collaborating closely with operational and supply chain leaders regionally and globally, you will enhance supply chain efficiency, sustainability, digitalization, and customer satisfaction. You will develop and manage a continuous improvement framework that promotes organizational excellence through effective performance management.

Your responsibilities include:

• Identifying and advising on improvement areas to enhance supply chain performance against set targets.
• Managing and leading improvement teams across multiple sites and functions, developing a culture of continuous improvement.
• Leading global and regional improvement projects, leveraging global functions and platforms.
• Monitoring Change Requests and coordinating regional activities for UAT testing across the supply chain.
• Representing the Supply Chain organization in regional community meetings and supporting the regional EN Supply Chain team as a Business Process Expert.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across regions.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (APO/OMP).
• Strong project management, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
