Please note: Interested candidates must be located on the Western Coast of the United States, in either Pacific or Mountain Standard Time.

The Manager works closely with business leaders to develop a strategy and plan for continuous improvement by leveraging methodologies and best practices that drive execution of successful customer-centric strategies across our business. This role is responsible for improving quality and efficiency measured through customer satisfaction and loyalty across all customer segments. This individual should have a strong background in the healthcare supply chain environment, a passion for customer-centricity, and the ability to foster a culture of excellence within the company.

Responsibilities
  1. Continuous Improvement & Execution (50%)
  • Utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and process mining tools to streamline workflows, identify inefficiencies, and analyze data for improvement opportunities.
  • Develop data analysis and reporting strategies aligned with business needs, transforming raw data into actionable insights.
  • Apply industry knowledge to enhance performance.
  • Manage a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay on track, and align with strategic goals.
  • Identify and oversee process improvement initiatives across departments, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business priorities and communicate progress effectively.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies to analyze and improve processes for operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement sustainable process improvements to reduce rework and cycle times while improving quality.
  • Develop and implement countermeasures for process gaps, verifying their effectiveness.
  • Regularly analyze performance data to measure the impact of initiatives and identify future opportunities.
  • Use data-driven problem-solving to identify root causes and develop long-term solutions.
  • Create project artifacts such as charters, metrics, data collection plans, and training materials.
  • Establish dashboards and reporting metrics to monitor improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate group meetings and workshops on advanced continuous improvement topics.
  • Change Management (30%)
    • Develop and execute strategies to help teams adapt to new processes and technologies.
    • Support organizational transitions with detailed action plans, resources, and milestones.
    • Establish support systems for employees during change initiatives.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful change execution.
    • Address resistance proactively and act as a change agent to foster cultural transformation.
    • Promote a positive attitude towards change, encouraging innovation and adaptability.
  • Mentoring/Training (20%)
    • Mentor team members across the organization, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
    • Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Lead or participate in initiatives to promote professional development and team unity.
    Education and Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Certified Black Belt (preferred) or Green Belt (required) in Lean methodologies.
    • Experience in healthcare supply chain or services preferred.
    • Experience with process improvement and change initiatives strongly preferred.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

    Salary Range*: $86,500 - $123,860

    *This range reflects a national average; actual compensation may vary based on location, with specific adjustments for states like Colorado, California, Washington, New York, Hawaii, Vermont, Illinois.
