Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a CI Manager to drive sustainable process improvements across the plant, collaborating with plant leadership and CI teams. The role requires hands-on leadership, SAP familiarity, and a strong Lean mindset to foster cultural change and improve safety, quality, delivery, and morale.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, apply RCA and lean tools, and develop productivity roadmaps while ensuring alignment with financial targets and SAP-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; work equivalent experience accepted.
• 2–3 years in Continuous Improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Sponsorship for work authorization not available for this position.
• Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the location

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Kaizen events to drive sustainable improvements.
• Coach CI facilitators through prework, event, and sustainment.
• Develop and execute improvement action plans with CI team.
• Implement and optimize Centerlining, SMED, and other heatmaps for throughput.
• Drive cost savings and track CI initiatives against targets.
