Owens Corning is seeking a results-oriented TPM Lead to lead the evolution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at our Brentwood, NH facility. This role is responsible for transforming TPM from a collection of activities into a sustainable, results-driven operating system that delivers measurable improvements in safety, quality, reliability, productivity, cost, and employee engagement.
As the site's TPM leader, coach, and change agent, you will partner with plant leadership, supervisors, pillar teams, and frontline employees to build TPM capability, accountability, and ownership across the organization. Success in this role will be measured by the performance improvements generated through TPM and the development of highly engaged teams that continuously improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
This is not a traditional TPM coordinator role. The TPM Lead will serve as a catalyst for cultural and operational transformation, helping create an environment where teams own their equipment, eliminate losses, solve problems proactively, and deliver sustained business results. The successful candidate will build the systems, behaviors, and capabilities necessary to achieve world-class manufacturing performance.
