Ingredion Incorporated in Bedford Park, IL seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead the CI/IPS program, support process studies, problem solving, and process optimization, and drive the unit's IPS implementation.

You will train teams, establish KPIs, sustain management tools, manage improvement projects, and collaborate across functions to raise safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in Process/Industrial Engineering.
• Lean Manufacturing and SPC knowledge.
• Experience with OEE, KPI reporting, and digital tools preferred.

Continuous Improvement EngineerLocation: Bedford Park, IL. (Argo Plant)Reports to: Manager IPSWorkplace type: On-SiteAs a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will be part of a great team of Operations Excellence/Continuous Improvement and responsible for Leading the continuous improvement process, providing technical support including process studies, problem-solving, and process optimization.
