Job summary

Optomi is seeking a Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement Engineering to drive strategic process improvements within Enterprise Technology. The role focuses on Lean Six Sigma methods, AI-first transformation, and measurable performance gains across engineering and shared services.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end CI projects, balance technical insight with executive communication, and influence stakeholders. 5+ years in CI and a relevant engineering background are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, Operational Excellence, or related field.
  • Six Sigma Certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt).
  • Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives through completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and adoption.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement process enhancements across technology and shared services organizations.
  • Manage projects focused on operational excellence, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Partner with technical teams to define requirements, coordinate testing efforts, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and communications.
  • Support change management activities to encourage adoption of new processes and solutions.

The Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement Engineering will be a pivotal member of a team driving strategic process improvement initiatives within Enterprise Technology. The role is key to enhancing operational efficiencies, leading continuous improvement projects, and supporting AI-driven transformation efforts. The successful candidate will balance technical understanding with strong communication skills, enabling them to influence both engineering teams and executive stakeholders. This role will focus heavily on reengineering processes for AI-first environments, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and driving measurable improvements in performance and customer outcomes.
