Eaton is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Technician at its Camarillo, CA facility to support day-to-day floor CI activities and drive productivity improvements. The role collaborates with manufacturing and engineering to implement Lean/CI training and visual management across operations.
Responsibilities include leading 5S+ efforts, conducting Gemba walks, tracking CI metrics, and facilitating Kaizen events. Candidates need a high school diploma and 1 year of CI/manufacturing experience.
Eaton's IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Technician at our Camarillo, CA facility! Core shift hours align to 1st shift, from 6am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday.
The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $30 per hour.

The CI Technician is responsible for day-to-day floor support for continuous improvement and productivity improvements. In this role you will make process improvements through attending Tier Meetings collecting and analyzing data to improve safety, productivity, 5S+, and cost. You will work closely with manufacturing and engineering functions to ensure we're providing adequate Lean/CI training to all employees.
