Qualifications

• Initiative and problem-solving to support safety, quality and efficiency.
• Strong quantitative and communication skills (oral, written, and presentations).
• Experience or willingness to pursue Lean/quality training such as Black Belt and Standard Work.

Responsibilities

• Support the Dyeing Manager to hit safety, quality, cost, efficiency, and people goals.
• Lead department decisions and engage associates to meet objectives.
• Develop safety culture and identify root causes to reduce injuries.
• Track weekly metrics: off quality, efficiency, downtime, rework, maintenance spending, waste.
• Coach supervisors across three shifts and support career development.
• Communicate with maintenance and scheduling to ensure on-time orders.
