Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist in Palo Alto, CA. Hybrid work arrangement supports onboarding, offboarding, and contingent workforce management, with a focus on accurate HRIS/VMS records and compliant pre-employment processes.

You will coordinate with staffing agencies, manage I-9/E-Verify workflows, and prepare workforce metrics while handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in HR, Talent, or People Operations.
• Experience with HRIS/VMS systems.
• Familiarity with Workday, ServiceNow, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Strong organizational skills and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage high volume in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, tracking, and offboarding of contingent/contract workers.
• Maintain accurate worker information in HRIS and VMS systems.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies and external vendors.
• Support hiring managers with contingent workforce questions and requests.
• Prepare workforce metrics and reports related to utilization and costs.
• Coordinate background checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage I-9 and E-Verify workflows within timelines.
• Partner with Talent and Employee Onboarding teams for operational coverage.
• Handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
