Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions seeks a dedicated LVN/LPN for contingent clinical care in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will provide direct patient care, assess needs, administer medications, and advocate for patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, performing health assessments, reviewing medications, and documenting histories. Prior experience in primary/urgent care is preferred, with immunization duties and EMR documentation using Epic.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LVN or LPN license (US).
• High School Diploma or GED verified.
• Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care or ER preferred.

Job Description

Utilize clinical expertise to assess patient needs, administer treatments and medications, and advocate for patients.

Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document responses.

Perform routine health assessments and ensure patient well-being.

Manage patient access to healthcare and direct individuals to community resources.

Conduct medication reviews to identify side effects and drug interactions.

Develop and administer mental health assessments to evaluate mood and cognitive function.

Document patient medical history, including illnesses, medications, allergies, and surgeries.

Critical Information

Full-time, 75 hours bi-weekly, in-person with on-site needs as required.

Work schedule involves shifts between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours, including some major holidays.

Remote work not applicable; environment is a clinical setting.

Position is temporary/contract with potential for conversion to permanent employment; not guaranteed.

Candidates must be available for training and work during scheduled hours; no planned time off during initial training.

Education & Licenses

Needed Active and unrestricted LVN or LPN license in the United States.

High School Diploma or GED verified.

Experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings preferred.

Experience with phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing required.

Proficiency with electronic medical records; Epic experience preferred.
